A growing team
We are in the throes of expanding our team, recruiting an operations assistant. A dedicated hospitality professional, they thrive on creating welcoming environments and experiences for all our guests.
They will be responsible for ensuring that guests and delegates are completely satisfied with the quality of their event, the facilities, and all services they receive. We hope to introduce them in our next update.
Last week we welcomed Hakim Group for the first time. They ran a training day for optometrists on the 5th floor, using the lecture and clinical areas. The feedback said the pre-reg event “was an incredible success”. A “forward-thinking, dynamic, and fully engaging day, designed to give optometrists the support and experience they need to excel”.
We had to complete a quick turnaround for the audiology team at Specsavers, who took over the 4th and 5th floors for fitting and wax workshops. Boots Opticians used our meeting rooms for their Learning and Development team and the Professional Services team as well.
It was great meeting all our guests in August. We look forward to introducing our new operations assistant soon.
